On Friday 26th April the band welcomed Anne, one of the Lead Volunteers from The Colchester Foodbank to their rehearsal. Members of the band had been carol playing at three supermarkets before Christmas raising funds for both the band and The Colchester Foodbank.
Anne spoke about the work that The Foodbank does in the local community and how the money that the band has donated will help them with that work. She also spoke about how other agencies work alongside The Foodbank to help their clients in accessing other support that they may be entitled to.
Anne was happy to answer any questions that the band members had and then she and her husband stayed to listen to some of the rehearsal.
The band is proud to support The Colchester Foodbank.
