We welcomed the Chief Officer, Mike Beckett of The Colchester Foodbank to our rehearsal yesterday evening.
We donated £500 from last year’s carol playing income to the Foodbank, so it was lovely to hear about the work that the Foodbank does in the local community. A big thank you to ASDA, Waitrose, Highwoods Tesco and Co op Fiveways, all based in Colchester, for letting us play carols at their stores in the run up to Christmas.
